Processing & Production Times
All of our apparel is custom-made to order. Production times vary depending on the printing method and order size:

  • Average Production Time: 7-14 business days

  • Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee (please contact us before placing your order)

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship within Canada using Canada Post and other trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Local Pickup (Cornwall, ON): Free (you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup)

Please note that delivery times may be impacted by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada. For international inquiries, please contact us to discuss potential options.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Parrot Tee Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are shipped. If your order is delayed or missing, please check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us, and we will do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
